With over 11 years in roles such as customer service trainer, speaker, consultant, and facilitator, Chipo brings substantial experience to the field. Holding a bachelor's degree in Management and Entrepreneurial Studies from the Women’s University in Zimbabwe, along with a Diploma in Hospitality Management from the Institute of Commercial Management in the United Kingdom, her proficiency in customer service has flourished through extensive interactions with participants across diverse industries.
Rodney Chawota - Executive Director
Rodney, a Mental Health Nurse registered with the NMC and holding a BA in Health and Social Care from Greenwich University, boasts numerous certificates in Health and Social Care specialities, including Project Management. Additionally, he has pursued studies in Freelance Journalism and contributed to an online magazine.
With over 21 years of experience in the UK health and social care sector, Rodney serves as an experienced professional in mental health and public health. He also contributes to various NHS care settings, such as liaison psychiatry services and crisis teams.
Rodney's notable leadership and collaboration skills position him as a valuable asset for the company.
Alban Chawota - Non-Executive Director
Alban, a seasoned banker with over 33 years of experience in commercial and merchant banking, retired as the General Manager of Corporate Banking Services at one of Africa's leading financial institutions in 2010. In this role, he led the sales team overseeing the bank’s extensive corporate portfolio, which included several prominent companies.
Alban possesses comprehensive knowledge of financing across manufacturing, mining, services, and agriculture. He holds an Honours Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the Cambridge International College-UK, accompanied by several international and local certificates in banking, trade, and structured finance.
Paul Utamire - Non-Executive Director
Paul brings a decade of practical expertise in Financial Reporting, Internal and external auditing, forensic investigations, and consulting services. He is a Chartered Accountant, a member of the Institute of Internal Audit (IIA), and the Institute of Credit Management (ICM).
Currently pursuing a Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst certificate, Paul holds a BCom (Accounting) degree and a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Accounting Sciences.
Following his university studies, he completed his articles at SNG-Grant Thornton in Johannesburg. Post his training at SNG-Grant Thornton, Paul gained substantial experience in Government Departments, Public Entities, TVET Colleges, Municipalities, and Private companies at the managerial level, showcasing expertise in GRAP, IFRS, ISA, PFMA, MFMA, MSCOA, Internal Auditing Standards, Financial Modelling, Valuation models, and various National treasury regulations.
